01Who is responsible

The data controller for the early-access waitlist is Felix Drönarfoto AB, Swedish organisation number 559332-0939. You can reach us at info@felixdronarfoto.se for any question about your data.

02What we collect

When you request early access, we store the details you enter in the form: your work email address and company or organisation, and — if you choose to share them — your name, approximate fleet size and a short description of your intended use.

To limit abuse of the form, the server also stores a keyed hash of your IP address combined with the date (never the raw IP address). These entries are deleted after at most 48 hours.

We do not use advertising pixels or tracking cookies on this website. The hosting platform may record aggregate, cookieless page-view statistics.

03Why we collect it

The information is used for one purpose only: to review your early-access request and to contact you when a place in the private pilot opens. Fleet size helps us prioritise requests from teams the pilot can realistically serve.

We do not send a confirmation email; the confirmation shown on screen is your receipt.

Your details are never sold, shared with third parties for marketing, or used for newsletters.

04How long we keep it

Your request is kept until the early-access programme concludes or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. When the programme ends, remaining requests are deleted.

05Your rights and deletion

You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you. To do so, email info@felixdronarfoto.se from the address you registered with, and we will remove your request promptly.

06Where it is stored

Submissions are stored in our hosted database with access restricted to the Flymetry team. The website itself cannot read back stored submissions — the form can only add new ones.
